Talk about visual monochromatic overload! It’s a rarity to have the ability to adorn and surround yourself with an abundance of similar shades, so I’ll admit, I was reveling in it. But alas! My pink hair has now washed away to a dusty baby blush. And looking back at this all-over bright hue makes me reconsider letting it fade away completely. So funny story, the entire time Maddie and I were at the Art of Ice Cream Experience, I was laughing (internally of course, because who really “LOL’s” these days?) at how “extra” we were. For those that aren’t fluent in millennial speak, being “extra” means being outlandishly ostentatious, or, in layman’s terms, being completely “over the top!” I mean, really, who do we think we are? Actually, it was more me, I shouldn’t shift the blame here. I was the one that came equipped with a camera, stand, and several bags stuffed with changes of clothes, shoes and accessories. Luckily, we were the only ones there for a good portion of the art exhibit, and the male employees clearly didn’t seem to mind. I can only be my real, true “OTT” self with my sisters and close friends, and Maddie is one of them. I should mention, the whole purpose of this photoshoot was to show off how incredible her microblading skills are! This is the second time I’ve had them done in my life, and I’m so impressed at her attention to detail and artistic abilities. I love not having to worry about filling in my brows, one less step in my morning routine is a plus for me! Go check out more of her work at MadLuvv.com!
