First, I need to talk about this bag. I’ve been wanting one of these type of bags for a long, long time but never found one that I liked enough to spend the money! Then I found LABela Bags on Etsy and my heart was all a flutter. It was love, and perfect for a beach vacation! I’m drawn to bright, colorful things, and like to pack them on vacations, so I brought this bag everywhere with me and it seriously fits your whole life in there. Next, these bell bottoms from Gemini Gypsies Boutique are literal perfection. My mind can not comprehend the comfortability these pants contain. The flowy material feels like a dream and calls to my hippie boho side. Yes, this is the same “Célfie” top Krystal wore in the previous post. So heed my fair warning, because it’s probably going to happen again in the near future. Last but not last, THESE BIRKS! I’ve been drooling over them for far too long and apparently I wasn’t the only one because they were selling like hotcakes at Nordstrom, they never had them in stock in my size! So when I spotted them on JCrew.com, my fingers couldn’t click “add to bag” fast enough. White and gold together are the meant for each other in my book. They look so rich and classy, like Daisy’s wardrobe in the Great Gatsby!
For Spring Break my husband and I went to Puerto Peñasco, Mexico (Rocky Point) and stayed at the most beautiful resort, Bella Sirena, which means beautiful mermaid in Spanish. Fitting, I know. I’m not going to lie, it probably is my favorite place in the world. I haven’t been everywhere in the world yet, so that may just be a figure of speech, but I’ve been to various beaches in Florida, California, Mexico and even the Bahamas and this still takes the cake. I’ve been going there since I was around 5 or 6, so the memories that I have made there is another big reason it holds a huge place in my heart. But it holds the biggest place in my stomach. I fill up on street tacos, Coca Light, mangos on the beach, piña coladas and burritos until I burst. Best. Comida. Ever! I’m currently hoarding homemade tortillas I bought by the dozen and brought back… Mexico, lo amo.
