I’m a huge fan of accessories for a multitude of reasons! Not only are they gorgeous to look at, but they take an über casual look, like jeans and a tee, and instantly dress it up! And not to brag, but my earrings still fit from high school. Okay I actually stole that quote from the internet, but it’s hilarious and totally true! Most jewelry will always fit even if those those extremely low-cut Hollister short shorts from high school don’t. Ahem. Therefore, you can feel less guilty about how much you end up shelling out for a faux crystal statement necklace that was probably made in China… not speaking from experience or anything. 😉
Here’s my take on dressed up basics!
Yay for this 2 second half-up top-knot & this infamous Arizona sunset!
LOVE this necklace. HATE when it flips up like that.

I’m sure by now many of you are well aware of and own the beloved kimono. If you don’t, let me convince you why you you must remedy that issue immediately!
1. They instantly make everything you own cooler (not in temperature, obviously.) On second thought, they are usually made of silk or chiffon which makes them light and airy! So swap out your hot, sweaty cardigan for this baby.
2. I know you have a plain black or white top hanging in your closet. Throw this on over your basic tee for an instant upgrade. #byebyebasics
3. Wear it over cut offs, boyfriend shorts, skinny jeans, as a swimsuit cover-up, etc. It really doesn’t matter because it looks good with everything!
I LOVE mine so much I want 93748762390476 more.
Gimme all the kimonos.

Hi, my name is Krystal! I am 26-years-old and live in this beautiful, HOT Arizona desert. I am a Registered Nurse and I love what I do.
I love pretty much anything to do with girly fashion and you will definitely get to know that from my photos. I love trying out new restaurants so you will get to experience that with us too!
I am so excited to be able to start this new adventure with my sister and I hope you enjoy! 🙂

Hello, I’m Justine! I’m 23-years-old and live in Arizona with my wonderful husband and yorkshire terrier. I am pursuing a bachelor’s degree in journalism.
I’ve been obsessed with mermaids for as long as I can remember and I never grew out of it. I have always been pretty girly. But I enjoy being active, especially lately (as in the last two days) since I have just begun a fitness program. I enjoy hiking and yoga as well.
I have always loved reading. Any type of reading. From the back of cereal boxes to the labels on the back of Vitamin Water (those are clever) to the latest on the Best Seller’s list or who’s dating who in the trashy magazines (guilty). I have ALWAYS loved flipping through glossy magazines and that has now transcended to scrolling until I get carpel tunnel though fashion blogs.
I just finished summer school which consisted of an online class along with one of the toughest journalism classes my degree requires. I figured since I still have a month left of freedom now was a good a time as any to start this fashion blog with my older sister, Krystal.
Anyway, thanks for reading a little snippet about me… hope you like. 😉
